Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. Please ensure all item/s are returned, unworn, in their original packaging. Avoid getting your purchase into contact with make-up, perfume, deodorant, drinks or cigarettes. Earrings and cosmetics are non-returnable/exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Exchanges
The exchange procedure is as follows:
- Providing the item(s) are in the same *new* condition, unworn, original packing, you may email orders@babi-online.com to send them back to us recorded/signed for delivery to make sure the package reaches us safely. It's also important you package the item(s) well to make sure they do not get damaged during transit. To proceed with the process of refund or exchange, the customer must email us at orders@babi-online.com within 14 days of receiving your goods to arrange a refund or exchange if preferred/available. Products that are sent back without authorizing an exchange or refund may not be resolved.
Competition and giveaways
We occationally host promotional giveaways through our social media channels or third party sites. Babi-Online do not store any entrant information and details and will only use the winner's address provided to send your prize goods.
Prizes or gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-replaceable and non-exchangable. Such items can not be refunded for cash alternatives. Winners have 30 days to claim the prize, after this time we reserve the right to select a new winner. The decision of the giveaway outcome is final. |
