Please note that you will be charged for items marked 'Pre-order' once the order is placed as this will secure the item for you. Once your order has arrived we will be able to ship your item directly to you. If ordering other Items that are in stock, note that they may be delayed untill your pre-order is ready to be shipped. We recommend placing seperate orders to get your items to you as soon as possible.

If your item is not in stock, we may back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. Please ensure all item/s are returned, unworn, in their original packaging. Avoid getting your purchase into contact with make-up, perfume, deodorant, drinks or cigarettes. Earrings and cosmetics are non-returnable/exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
