Do I need a PayPal account to shop from your store?



You do not need to have, or create, a Paypal account to make a purchase - PayPal accepts all Major Credit and Bank Cards at the payment stage without the need for a PayPal account. If you do have a PayPal account, you can of course use those funds as well.


Where do you get your stuff from?



All over the world.


Can I use more than one coupon when placing my order?



I'm afraid not. One at a time.


What are your chains and wires made from?



Mostly silver or gold plated metals unless specified otherwise in descriptions.


I'm an international shopper. Can you ship to me?


Yes of course. We are more than happy to ship to you. Check our delivery page , you'll see more details about shipping internationally if you want to know more.


Where is my order?



International shipping can be very slow. Especially in countries like USA, Canada or France, your item can take up to 2 months to arrive. Most items arrive within 3 weeks of your ordering it. Please remember that items that are made to order will take even longer as you have to add that to the ship time.

What is your privacy Policy?



We promise to NEVER sell your information to anyone! That includes your address, email, and phone. We only use those to contact you, we promise cross our hearts!


I received two products as a gift, but I would like to exchange them for something else. How would I go about doing this?



The exchange procedure is as follows:

- Providing the item(s) are in the same *new* condition, you may send them back to us recorded/signed for delivery to make sure the package reaches us safely. It's also important you package the item(s) well to make sure they do not get damaged during transit.
